1. Who we are

The website www.discover-app.it (the "Site") is run by Marco Rizzo, via Alessandro Volta 5, 20060 Pozzuolo Martesana (MI), Italy (the "Owner"). You can contact the Owner at info@discover-app.it.

2. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern your use of the Site. By browsing the Site you confirm that you have read and accepted them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. What the Site offers

The Site is a showcase presenting Discover, the app for joining real activities and meeting new people. It is for information only: access is free and the Site involves no registration, purchases or payments.

4. The Discover app

These terms cover the Site only and do not apply to the use of the app, which will have its own conditions.

The app is coming soon, and the dates, features and availability described on the Site may change. The screenshots, activities, names and images shown on the Site are for illustration only.

5. Permitted use

You may use the Site for personal and lawful purposes. In particular, you may not:

• try to gain unauthorised access to the Site or to the systems hosting it;
• interfere with the operation or security of the Site, for example by spreading malicious code;
• extract or copy the Site's content by automated means, except as permitted by law;
• use the content or the Discover name in a way that suggests a connection with the Owner that does not exist.

6. Intellectual property

The text, images, graphics, logo and Discover name on the Site belong to the Owner or are used with the permission of their respective owners, and are protected by law. You may view them for personal use, but you may not reproduce, modify or distribute them without written permission, except where the law allows it.

App Store is a trademark of Apple Inc. and Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC. They are mentioned only to show where the app will be available.

7. Links to other sites

The Site may contain links to third-party sites, such as app stores. The Owner does not control these sites and is not responsible for their content or conditions.

8. Availability and liability

The Owner takes care of the Site, but does not guarantee that its content is always complete and up to date, or that the Site is always reachable and free of errors. The Site may be changed, suspended or closed at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for damage arising from the use of the Site or from being unable to use it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the Owner's liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights that the law grants to consumers.

9. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

The Owner may update these terms, for example if the Site or the law changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the last updated date shown at the top.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, any dispute falls under the court of the place where you live or are domiciled, if it is in Italy, and any mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence still apply. In all other cases, the court of the place where the Owner resides has jurisdiction.
